Return Policy

At My Organic Sleep, we value your happiness and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in new or nearly new condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item, minus any restocking fees that may apply.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery. We also do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. If you refuse delivery of the item, you will be charged for the cost of returning the item to us.

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the fees for the return shipping label and any import fees. Please note that international shipping labels may be expensive.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange/upgrade to other products of higher value, please contact us within 30 days after your receipt of the product. Fantastic

I tried out a contour pillow on vacation and noticed my shoulders and neck felt better. I didn't want to buy memory foam so I searched for latex so it would be more environmentally friendly and better for me. I chose the medium firm and am happy with the pillow. I don't wake up with neck or shoulder pain which was an every morning occurrence for me. I thought the pillow might be too soft but turns out the level of firmness is just fine for me. Guess I will have to take this pillow whenever I sleep away from home. It's fantastic and I highly recommend it!!

Finally found it!

I’ve been looking for a contoured back/side sleeping pillow made out of latex for a couple of months and finally found it.

I tried the following pillows: Saatva, avocado, and a Coop home goods pillow. None of them worked for both back sleeping and side sleeping.

This pillow does, and because it’s latex it’s not super hot and sweaty when it’s hot in the house.

Great pillow

It took a while for me to get my pillow. I live in Canada, my order got held up at customs, and then I had a difficult time getting in touch with the company. Now that I have the pillow I will say that it's one of the most comfortable pillows I have ever tried. I like it a lot. It has the right amount of height for me when sleeping on my side, has a good amount of flex to it, and the contour part fits into my neck to keep my head straight. I haven't experienced neck pain while using it. It does have an odd smell to it though. It seems to be dissipating with time, though. I'm not terribly sensitive to smell, so someone who is might notice it more than me.

So, overall, great product. But their customer service could definitely stand to improve.

Adjusting to it (I hope)

I purchased the 100% Organic Latex Contour Pillow in
Low-Loft / Soft. I am a very small adult so this seemed like a good choice, though now I think "soft" may be too soft for me. After 2 nights on my new pillow, I'm not comfortable and I'm waking up with headaches. I really hope it's just the "adjustment phase" and I can update this review in a few weeks. Also, I misunderstood the return/exchange policy, so know that while the company stands by its products, you can't try the pillow out and then exchange it for another one unless it is brand new and never used (in which case, unfortunately, you wouldn't know if you need to exchange it for a different loft/firmness). I removed the cover to wash it before use, and chunks of latex were missing as if they got stuck in the mold - it is unattractive but the pillow is certainly still functional, and hopefully it won't continue to deteriorate. I love knowing that I am sleeping with my face so close to something that is organic and safe, so I will persevere and hope to update my review soon.
