Pillows

Your product has been made using all organic latex with no synthetic additives or synthetic latex (styrene butadiene). This certified organic offering high standard of purity and freedom from toxicity. Organic products while being good for individual and the environment have certain imperfections, which do not affect their performance.

Examples:

  • Surface is not as smooth as synthetic rubber.
  • Occasional dark brown spots that arise from the vegetable matter reacting to the process
  • Small tears on the surface that occurs due to the shearing process. These are avoided in synthetic latex by adding softening chemicals, which we avoid in the process.
  • Latex Smell: This natural smell dissipates over few days when left open. Smell has no chemical toxins.
  • Your pillow is covered with 100% organic cotton covering which is not just natural, but adds a layer of comfort and freedom from toxins associated with synthetics such as polyesters.
  • Those using latex pillow for the first time may take a few days to get used to it. Pillows offer excellent support, which could be different than prior experience.
  • Compressed packaging is used to reduce shipping cost and carbon footprint. These pillows are resilient and return to normal shape after they relax for few hours.

  • Content of these pillows are not treated with any chemicals, such as water repellant, crease recovery agents (formaldehydes) or soil release agents. Big box store pillows are treated with chemicals to keep fiber bouncy. In the absence of these chemicals, organic pillows sometimes have a tendency to compact. This can be eliminated by a nice tumble dry cycle.
  • If your pillow feels compacted due to shipping compression, it can be fluffed up by manual fluffing followed by a fluff cycle in a dryer for 20 minutes at a low temperature.
  • These pillows are washable. However to prevent bundling a larger washer, preferably a commercial washer and dryer are recommended. Longer drying cycle will be required to fluff up. Frequent washing is not recommended as pillows tend to compact. Instead spot clean and wash the pillowcase frequently.

These pillows provide the luxury of down pillows with added benefits of 100% Organic Cotton covering. It provides excellent sleep experience and yet light weight, soft and offers organic purity.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FLUFF YOUR PILLOW: Your pillow will have compacted in packaging and shipping. We suggest you fluff it up manually (or in a dryer with no heat). It will fluff up considerably to give the warm fluffy feeling associated with high quality down pillows.
  • We strongly suggest using our Organic Cotton Pillow Cases to cover the down pillow for easy cleaning. We recommend cleaning the pillow cases whenever you clean your sheets.
  • SPOT CLEAN: Move the feathers inside the stitch box to area away from cleaning area. Use mild detergent and try not to get down wet. Air dry or use a hair dryer to dry the wet portion. A large dryer fluff cycle can also be used.
  • FULL CLEANING: We recommend professional cleaners who use front loading large capacity machine. It is important to remove all moisture and avoid high heat that will cause clustering for feathers or shrinkage.
  • TIP: It is good to periodically leave pillows in an open line for few hours. We suggest doing this 2-3 times a year. Follow this with a fluff cycle without or with very low heat.

Your product has been made using ALL ORGANIC COTTON which includes organic cotton inside and organic cotton fabric outside. A perfect blend.

Pillow will appear dry, but the inner layers may still hold some moisture. Now use another cycle at higher heat to drive away moisture. With this extra pillows last a long time with organic purity.
  • These pillows are provided with zipper to add or remove fiber to adjust height and firmness.

These comforters are made from synthetic down alternative fiber encased in 100% organic cotton covering. They are free from any toxic sprays or additives. Healthy and easy to take care of in regular wash cycle. A larger size washer and dryer will be required to accommodate the volume and to allow for free movement of water during wash cycle. Large washer/dryers are important to avoid fiver compacting/bundling.

  • In our continual efforts to optimize GREEN performance of a product, we have begun this eco-compact packaging wherein these comforters are packed in a vacuum or compression to reduce the volume temporarily. To regain it’s normal size, puncture a small hole at the edge of the bag and the item will gradually swell to the normal shape and size. For additional fluffing you may leave them in a dryer for 10 minutes at low temperature.

The outer bag is not a toy and should be kept away from children.

Comforters

  • Organic cotton inside is untreated and content such as seed fragments, stalk etc., in small quantity are inside the comforter. They do not affect performance, but may appear as small dark spots. Organic purity is worth it.

  • Use large washers. Use delicate cycle with cold water
  • Line dry comforter and after completely dry, a fluff up cycle in regular dryer is OK.
  • Use Organic cotton duvet covers to add warmth, extend its life and easy care.

Mattress Pad

We are dedicated to provide best of organic and natural products. Your product has been made using all organic cotton which includes organic cotton inside and organic cotton sateen outside. A perfect unmatched blend which is not available with other manufactures. Please note this important fiber content when comparing pads.

Key Features:

  • These pads are washable. For larger pads we recommend commercial washer. Pads are oversized to allow for shrinkage after wash.
  • Not treated with chemicals such as water repellant, crease recovery agents (Formaldehydes) or soil release agents. Now you can sleep without fear of off gassing.
  • Inside fiber is all natural and this may result in very small amount of natural matter such as bit of cotton plant leaves, talk become visible, especially when wet. Do not be concerned about these as they are harmless and not worth the harsh chemicals to remove.
  • Pads are absorbent to normal sweat and small spills. For larger wetting we suggest additional pad or a liner.
  • Your product has been made using organic cotton covering and eco-Wool filling. A perfect blend of all natural Mattress pad. Other key features are:

  • These pads are cold water washable. However extra care is required as follows:
  • Use large washers. 50 lb. or more and use delicate cycle with cold water
  • Line dry mattress pad and after completely dry, a fluff up cycle in regular dryer is OK.
  • Frequent cleaning is not recommended as wool will compact. Clean the cover sheets often.
  • Spot cleaning recommended. Dry cleaning is an easier alternative.

Latex Mattress Topper

Some retailers sell blended latex & call it natural because of some natural content.   • Natural Latex Smell: This natural smell dissipates over few days when left open. Smell has no chemical toxins.
  • The BARE LOOK - You have have purchased the bare topper without cover. Toppers with organic cotton covers are listed separately. Some use a fitted sheet as alternative cover.
