Organic Latex Contour Pillow – Ergonomic Neck & Shoulder Support

I like the pillow but it could be designed better for proper sleep posture. Has an odd smell - not bad overall but not great.

I bought 4 pillows , 2 firm and 2 meduim
The density of materils have major change from previous purchase and it become none comfortable, i do not recommend it anymore

The pillow is too soft and does not offer firm enough support to actually hold your neck in a straight or comfortable position

I thought it would be firmer but it is working. I hope it will last. No smell, quick delivery and arrived in good condition.

I am very happy with my pillow, and my interaction with this company. I was unsure of what pillow to buy due to my neck issues, and was looking for an organic latex contour pillow to help. I emailed them with my questions and got a quick response. I ordered my pillow based on their recommendation, it arrived quickly, and so far I have been extremely satisfied. The Pillow is comfortable, there is no smell, and it is helping me to sleep better, which is of the utmost importance.

It's fantastic, very soft and well made. I love it!

Pillow way too soft. No response to email, exchange ticket nor refund ticket. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I purchased the high, soft contour pillow. I'm 162 cm and 130#. The feeling is weirdly amazing. Unfortunately, when I lean my head on it, it flattens completely. Unless the company can give me something like an extra sheet of latex for the pillow not to sink as much as it does, I would need to return it.

I tried out a contour pillow on vacation and noticed my shoulders and neck felt better. I didn't want to buy memory foam so I searched for latex so it would be more environmentally friendly and better for me. I chose the medium firm and am happy with the pillow. I don't wake up with neck or shoulder pain which was an every morning occurrence for me. I thought the pillow might be too soft but turns out the level of firmness is just fine for me. Guess I will have to take this pillow whenever I sleep away from home. It's fantastic and I highly recommend it!!

I’ve been looking for a contoured back/side sleeping pillow made out of latex for a couple of months and finally found it.

I tried the following pillows: Saatva, avocado, and a Coop home goods pillow. None of them worked for both back sleeping and side sleeping.

This pillow does, and because it’s latex it’s not super hot and sweaty when it’s hot in the house.

It took a while for me to get my pillow. I live in Canada, my order got held up at customs, and then I had a difficult time getting in touch with the company. Now that I have the pillow I will say that it's one of the most comfortable pillows I have ever tried. I like it a lot. It has the right amount of height for me when sleeping on my side, has a good amount of flex to it, and the contour part fits into my neck to keep my head straight. I haven't experienced neck pain while using it. It does have an odd smell to it though. It seems to be dissipating with time, though. I'm not terribly sensitive to smell, so someone who is might notice it more than me.

So, overall, great product. But their customer service could definitely stand to improve.

It was time to eliminate the memory foam pillow.

I purchased the 100% Organic Latex Contour Pillow in
Low-Loft / Soft. I am a very small adult so this seemed like a good choice, though now I think "soft" may be too soft for me. After 2 nights on my new pillow, I'm not comfortable and I'm waking up with headaches. I really hope it's just the "adjustment phase" and I can update this review in a few weeks. Also, I misunderstood the return/exchange policy, so know that while the company stands by its products, you can't try the pillow out and then exchange it for another one unless it is brand new and never used (in which case, unfortunately, you wouldn't know if you need to exchange it for a different loft/firmness). I removed the cover to wash it before use, and chunks of latex were missing as if they got stuck in the mold - it is unattractive but the pillow is certainly still functional, and hopefully it won't continue to deteriorate. I love knowing that I am sleeping with my face so close to something that is organic and safe, so I will persevere and hope to update my review soon.

I'm a side sleeper and have been looking for a firm pillow to give me the support I need. I also stay away from unnatural materials that can give me health issues in the future. My Organic sleep pillow meets all my needs! I already notice a more relaxed neck thru the day and a more restful sleep at night. I couldn't be happier!

I bought this low loft pillow and it was too low. It would work well for a back sleeper or a child, I think. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now, emails, calling, leaving messages on their website,all to no avail. I just want to return the darn thing. Maybe this will get their attention. I'm not sure what to do. Just return it and hope I get my refund?

I really went back and forth on getting the ‘low’ pillow versus the normal pillow. I finally got the low pillow because I was putting it on top of an incline wedge pillow. I am very glad I did, as I now use the low side of my low pillow every night. Compared to my previous latex fluff/clumps pillow, this one is ever so much better for my neck.

The holes also do an amazing job cooling the pillow. Previously I was flipping my pillow several times a night to get the cool side. Now I never need to. :)

Just right height and softness

i got the contour pillow medium and it is the most comfortable pillow I have ever found. My son just took mine and I am ordering another one!

I bought a medium high loft pillow and I have inquired about exchanging for a firm high loft and have had no response at all. Nothing. I think that is so poor. Poor customer service will ruin a company.

This pillow really did help help with my neck pain. It doesn't seem like that much neck support but it did make a difference. This pillow is way better than the 'My Pillow' which is a joke, not to mention the owner of that company is a complete wack job.

This is the exact same low-loft soft pillow sold by the same company (per my PayPal statement) that is sold for more money than on their Organic Textiles site. The problem? The height measurements: just a smidge less than 3" on the low side and hardly 3.5" on the high side.
And since it is spool soft, I wrote an email per request asking if the company stocks the higher 4" high side pillow before I send it back for an exchange (I explained I'm home-bound and must pay someone to pick it up and take it to UPS); no response. So I called, explained, and was promised a same-day call-back with a response. That was over 24hrs ago. No response.
It's bad enough that the same product is sold on two sites by the same co as different products. Worse yet that the products aren't as described. But that the company doesn't respond to customer issues for faulty products when customer dollars are at stake is reprehensible. I had purchased from this company years ago. Never again. I was really trying to work out an exchange and give them a chance but this company doesn't seem to care to want one. I can't believe I was so brazenly jilted.

I measured my shoulders and did everything I could to pick correctly, but think I should've waited till the puffier/higher pillow was available. Rats.

I'm so glad I bought this pillow! I was looking to replace my previous contour pillow that I loved. This pillow is perfect and is the replacement I needed and is better than the one I had before. It has no toxic chemical smells and is the organic solution my neck and shoulders needed! I'll be buying another for my husband!

I had been suffering for months with significant pain in-between my shoulder blades. The muscles at the base of my neck down to my shoulder blades were always so tight and kinked. I chose the higher loft pillow as I did some reading and found that if you have broad shoulders, which I do, you may need a higher pillow to allow for better spine alignment. I actually laid down and measured the space between my bed and neck when lying on my old pillow. It was 4 inches, so to account for compression of the pillow from my head I got the 5 inch high loft. I’ve been using it for just less than a week and the first night I used it my neck and shoulders popped and cracked a few times in the night. In a good, pressure relieving way. After just a few nights of sleeping on the contour pillow I noticed significantly less pain in my upper back and neck by the end of the following day. I have also been using a thera-cane to assist in working out the kinks, but the pillow is the biggest component of change and is definitely worth the money!

All my previous pillows would retain the heat from my body making it too uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. This pillow is quite comfortable and does not hold the heat allowing me to get a good nights rest,
