Wonderful
is there a lot of cotton in China? Why was it not made in the US? Found it to be too soft, needs more filling, otherwise okay.
Ordered the pillows through Amazon to try out, one for my fiancee and I. We followed the washing and drying instructions and the pillows were still hard as a rock. Sent them back and they're charging half of the purchase in restocking fees?! These aren't inexpensive pillows mind you. I would not recommend.

This pillow is nice enough, but super soft, like down, and not supportive of my neck at all.

I find the pillow rather heavy and hard. I get a sore ear if I lie on that side too long. I do fluff it up, but I need to get more use to it. I'm happy to have bought it.

I love the idea of 100% organic cotton pillow. The problem is that it is not firm enough for me. I'm not happy that I'll have to invest more money into an already expensive pillow.
Thank you for your review, Elizabeth. We always make a pillow in medium firm. Sorry that the medium is not enough for you. We see that you order of the extra fillings, we will give you extra one filling for that order; so instead of sending 3 (filling), we will make it 4.

The organic cotton pillow is great! I have used it only 2 nights but if first impressions hold true I am truly pleased it it. Customer service is excellent. Dont think you can go wrong with this company or products

Bought the king and queen size medium pillows and have loved them from the first night used! No awful smell even right out of the package. Firmness is perfect but I love that I can easily take some of the cotton if I want less firm. For me, it's the perfect pillow and one that I've been needing for years

That being said, we realize that some customers may find the odor to be uncomfortably offensive so we suggest letting the pillow air out for a couple of days before use. The pillows are definitely 100% organic cotton but I don't know that cotton makes a great pillow. It might be too dense and prone to lumps.

The manufacture never put any chemical beside the natural of the cotton. Normally, we advise customer to fluff the pillow by putting it into the dryer with no heat. If it doesn't work, we will provide one time extra filling. Please reply our email for the detail.
