Exchange & Return Policy

SHIPPING

My Organic Sleep provides FREE economic shipping for the orders within the United States, but not including Hawaii and Alaska. There are options at the checkout page for customers who would like the order to be shipped expedited.

Orders placed before 11 AM PST, will be shipped same day, except custom item(s) and covered topper(s).Orders placed on Fridays after 11 AM PST or on the weekends will be shipped the following business days. 

We use UPS and USPS to ship the orders. 

Refused delivery - if customer refuses the delivery, customer will be charged: 

  • All shipping fees (non-refundable)
  • Product handling: 15% of the total value.
These charges will be deducted from the refund.

RETURN

We provide excellent products and stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the shipping date.

The order must be NEW (unused). Unfortunately, we don't accept used and washed items.

There will be no restocking fee if the order is NEW. The refund will be made to the original payment form.

If you send a dirty or used item to us, we will charge a 50% restocking fee to your original payment method.

Be advised that the customer will take responsibility for the return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Customers must cover the fees for the International shipping return labels. International shipping labels may be extremely costly. 

ALTERNATIVE:

The list below are discounted return shipping label within USA:

- $12.00 for the single pillows (does not include body pillow), sheet set, duvet cover, towel, robe, seat cushions

- $17.00 for two pillows

- $40 any topper

- $20.00 for body pillow, mattress pad, comforter and other item in bundle. 

This amount will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGE

If you received a defective or damaged item, simply contact us within 7 days and we will IMMEDIATELY exchange your product free of charge. We will assume outward shipping costs for exchanges within the United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). International customers will be responsible for both RETURN and EXCHANGE shipping fees and customs. Please check your order right after you receive it, so we can make an exchange if there is a mistake. We do NOT accept any issues that occur after 30 days.  

If you want to exchange/upgrade to other product at higher value, please contact us within 15 days after your receipt of the product. You will have to pay for return shipment and price difference. Please note that we only accept the exchange item when it is brand new and in the original box.

Items in the clearance section are excluded from Returns & Exchanges.
