Soft as a marshmallow and useless support

Very disappointed

I’m a returning customer. I bought a new mattress so I thought I’d buy a new topper. I will still use the old one for somewhere else , though. This is the best topper you’ll ever find.

Love my new pillow and will be getting another one, I want to try out a firm one.

I waited a very long time to purchase a wool mattress pad because I was reluctant to spend the money. But then I found this one and I'm so glad I waited. I was inspired to order because of the organic cotton cover. I received it quickly. I am sensitive to chemicals and I was delighted to discover that there was NO chemical odor when I opened it. Nothing to off gas. It is nice and thick and adds a level of comfort to my bed. But most importantly, I'm no longer overheating at night so I'm sleeping better. I highly recommend this wool mattress pad.

Organic Latex Contour Pillow For Neck Support Pain

I am very happy with my pillow, and my interaction with this company. I was unsure of what pillow to buy due to my neck issues, and was looking for an organic latex contour pillow to help. I emailed them with my questions and got a quick response. I ordered my pillow based on their recommendation, it arrived quickly, and so far I have been extremely satisfied. The Pillow is comfortable, there is no smell, and it is helping me to sleep better, which is of the utmost importance.

After 2 weeks I still have not received my order. Also, Customer Service is unresponsive to my tracking requests.

For neck and head support, comfort and durability there is no better pillow on the market. We own 6 of them (3 queen-sized for 3 queen beds). If you purchase Kapok you MUST also buy a pillow protector. And be sure to never launder your Kapok pillow - if you do, you'll ruin it.

The brand new and expensive Aireloom mattress we purchased had ‘tufts’ with plastic or material connectors that were disturbing my sleep. This mattress topper seems to have solved my issue and concerns. Very happy with the results.

Bought the soft version for my husband who sleeps back/side/or stomach and he loves it. I tried it and it is so comfy. Super fast shipping too.
