Low Loft Latex Pillow for Back Sleepers (GOTS CERTIFIED)

I never tried this pillow. It was so low loft that I immediately emailed the company requeting an exchange. I never heard back from anyone other than the auto reply email that stated my request was under review. First time customer and I am very disappointed in what I thought would be the company I would be ordering all of my pillows for the rooms in our home from...

Perfect loft (height) for sleeping on my side. Doesn't collapse through the night like down pillows or memory foam. Still so soft. I'm getting great sleep and no longer get cricks in my neck in the mornings.

I ordered the 3.5-4” low loft pillow and they sent a pillow that has a loft of about 2”, which is too thin. I’ve tried to contact customer service via email, online form, and phone. I’ve gotten no response to the email or online form. No one picks up the phone number I call, and it routes me to a voicemail box with no greeting or name. Very disappointing!

Order low loft pillow 3.75 to 4" and was shipped pillow that was 5.5". Was charged return shipping to return. Not happy that I had to pay for their mistake.

Haven’t had it long enough

The product was as advertised, it just didn't work for me. The return process is time consuming. I am having trouble getting the shipping label sent to me.

This is exactly what I was looking for. My last foam pillow (from 20 years ago) finally started to disintegrate. This was a great replacement. The only negative was when I had a question and tried to call your company, I was routed to a voicemail system that didn’t mention the company name. Hopefully that’s been resolved.

I had to return the dunlop pillow I purchased as it was too firm for me. Customer service was great for the return as well as answering questions about other pillows. I decided on the Low Loft 3 1/2 - 4" medium firm pillow. Quite happy with this pillow. It is comfortably soft but still gives good support to my neck. I am a side sleeper and this pillow works great.

Somehow the warehouse accidentally fulfilled my order for a 3.5/4 inch low profile with a 2.7 inch. I notified My Organic Sleep and they sent me the correct item right away. It is perfect. As a stomach sleeper, I have searched high and low for an old school type latex pillow (not memory foam) that is low profile and soft/plush. This is like the 5th pillow that I have tried and My Organic Sleep nailed it. Please don't discontinue your low profile/soft pillows! They are few and far between...

Newest low loft in hard to find 2-2.5 inch thickness appears lightweight and soft but actually provides a lot of support because it doesn't compress like pillows full of air. Clean latex, and no smell make this a quality product with helpful customer service from the sellers.
