Still scratchy after 3 washes

According to the website: “The 350 Thread Count sheet is our softest option that only gets softer with every wash. “ I have washed this set 3 times and they still feel too scratchy to sleep on. I am very disappointed.

The are nice

Sheets smelled pretty badly and we had to wash them twice to get it out. Otherwise, they are nice, but not "soft and luxurious" as stated on website! Thank you for prompt delivery though!

Good quality , comfortable sheets. My only complaint is the hem on one side of each of the pillowcases is not attached. I contacted the seller and attempted to relay this information but was unsuccessful in getting her to understand the problem.

It's rare issue. This usually happens when there is a nick in the washing machine or dryer.
