The brand new and expensive Aireloom mattress we purchased had ‘tufts’ with plastic or material connectors that were disturbing my sleep. This mattress topper seems to have solved my issue and concerns. Very happy with the results.

I love this product - in fact I have purchased 3 in recent years for different sized beds. This product is ultra soft and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Very durable, high quality and completely nontoxic [for those with MCS - no issues here, even on day 1].
This mattress pad has no smell at all, which is important to me since I have MCS.
It also sleeps cool which is great. My only knock on it is that it isn't plush at all and has very little filling.

According to our records, your order placed on Saturday, Oct 26 was fulfilled and shipped out by us that following Monday morning on the 28th. It was sent out via UPS Ground according to the standard FREE shipping (3-7 business days) selected. It looks like it arrived Tues, Nov. 5 at 1:37pm, which is within 7 business days (arriving at exactly 7 business days). Once we ship out the package, it is under UPS's responsibility to get it to you on time.

Like the bamboo mattress pad, but it moves around a bit on the mattress as a whole and when I asked the customer service agent how it would fit on an a 12” deep mattress he said the elastic would keep it in place, however it does really. Overall I guess it’s still a good product but it could use improvement in the “fitting department” of non-deep mattresses.
