Is this even a real company? My pillow arrived with a huge stain so I emailed and instagram messaged the company well before the 30 day mark to try and get a replacement pillow or my money back. I have received zero response after several attempts. It’s like the company doesn’t exist. I’m so frustrated and absolutely do not recommend
In order to write this review I am forced to give a rating. I would rather not give a star rating because I actually felt that this pillow was too high for me and I ended up purchasing another talaylay pillow that is only 2.5" high. I love these types of pillows.....absolutely LOVE THEM!! Best material ever! But this particular pillow did not work out for me because it is too high. But I think that this is because my neck is not typical and I probably have foreward head posture and loss of curvature. I think MOST People would enjoy the pillow that I bought.
