Care Instructions
Machine washable. Follow the textile care label for best results. Air drying recommended to preserve loft and longevity.
Regular Maintenance (Recommended)
Wool is naturally self-cleaning and odor-resistant.
- Air out in fresh air or indirect sunlight every 1–2 months
- Shake gently to maintain loft
- Use a duvet cover to reduce washing frequency
This will significantly extend the life and loft of your comforter.
Machine Washing (If Needed)
Only wash when truly necessary.
- Use cold water only
- Select gentle / wool / delicate cycle
- Use a mild, wool-safe detergent
- Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener
- Wash separately
- Ensure your washer is large capacity (avoid compression)
⚠️ Top-load agitator machines are not recommended.
Drying
Proper drying is critical for wool.
- Tumble dry low heat
- Add wool dryer balls to help restore loft
- Expect longer drying time
- Ensure completely dry before storing
Do NOT:
- High heat dry
- Iron
- Dry clean (unless specifically labeled safe)
Spot Cleaning (Best Option)
For small stains:
- Blot gently with cold water
- Use mild wool detergent if needed
- Do not rub aggressively
- Air dry flat
Storage
- Store in breathable cotton bag
- Avoid plastic storage
- Ensure fully dry before storing
- Add natural cedar if desired (avoid mothballs)

I never received my order! I ordered a king comforter and received a pillow made from plastic water bottles. It's light, odorless from the first time you open the package, keeps me warm at night! Completely satisfied
I ordered heavy and it’s a king, so it’s heavy. I’ll wait until temp goes down to below zero and I’ll let you know if it’s heavy enough. Appears to be of high quality.
I have another wool comforter but it’s not as heavy as this one is. This one has more filling and is warmer for the colder months. Fits perfectly on my bed and in my duvet cover. Did smell a little bit like a factory when it arrived, which was a bummer, so I had to air it outside for a few days. Other than that it’s really warm and wool is the best fabric hands down to get a good nights sleep!

We absolutely love it
We had one that someone gave us for a queen size bed. It wasn’t big enough so I started looking at the tag to see where I could get another. We sleep with the new one every night it keeps us warm

My husband and I absolutely love our new comforter! It's just what I was hoping it would be. It's the perfect weight and keeps us warm without feeling overheated in the middle of the night. Because our body temps are different, I would always need an extra blanket on my side of the bed, which was cumbersome and not ideal. With our new comforter, we're both very comfortable and getting a better night's sleep! Thank you for an excellent product!
