Perfect pillow. Being firmer around the edge makes it extremely comfortable.

Pleas make this pillow in a low-rise, softer option. It’s too big/thick for most peoples necks.

I was skeptical when I first took them out of the box because I thought they would be too firm. However I slept well the very first night and really like them. I'm a side-sleeper.

I have been attempting to return this item because it is way to thick and to firm. My return request has been "pending" and my email inquiries as to why have not been responded to. Not cool.

I wanted so much to love these pillows as I have slept on latex pillows for 45 plus years. I loved they were organic so close to my face/nose. However, I wake around 2 AM and the pillow is hard as a rock. I use Boll & Branch sheets which as so soft. So I am disappointed. I have gone back to my old latex which are beginning to crumble but they are soft. Also, I wish your pillows were thicker. Mine were purchased many years ago from Belk and/or Thailhimers Dept. Stores which no longer carry them. I had hoped yours would be the answer to replace my old ones.

I was so excited to finally have a pillow that would help me sleep and not have neck pain. However. When zi used it my head was uncomfortable. My neck hurt in the morning. The pillow was much harder than ai expected and the back of my head was actually sore. Can you explain anything about this to me

I love latex pillows and this is a great option if you like a more firm pillow. I’m looking for something a little softer and will try the other option which is Naturel latex. I only which is was also organic. It would be great to have one that is organic but also soft.

After a near fatal chemical exposure in 1996 (due to tenting and treating an apt for termites) my health has NEVER been the same.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have officially switched to dunlop molded latex pillows. I will never buy another type.
The firmness of this pillow is perfect as is the size. The slight odor present when I removed the packaging, which is totally normal, disappeared within a day. Love this pillow. Highly recommended.

I have only slept on it a few nights, but I have already noticed a few things: stays cool, great neck support and no need to spend time fluffing it every morning!

I was hesitant to buy a pillow described as firm, because I've always thought of myself as more of a soft pillow person. But this pillow is the one I've actually been needing. Yes, it's firm in terms of support, but feels comfy. No more punching the pillow to get it to feel right - this one felt great right away. I have slept so well the past couple of nights since I got it. And it seems like it will last a long time, unlike the kind (shredded foam, clumps of polyester or bamboo) that get more uncomfortable and lumpy over time.

I am sensitive to scents, and I tried a latex pillow from another source, which was too smelly for me. This one has a barely noticeable scent that disappears quickly.

I ordered a king size latex pillow. I consider myself a bit of a latex pillow afficionado so as soon as opened the box i knew it was not what i was looking for. I could tell by the feel and the weight. I never even broke the seal on the pillow and according to the website you can return items as long as they are in new condition. I have been trying to contact this company for nearly 10 days to return this and get my $$ back and not a single person has responded. I have filed a claim with Paypal against this company. I have never encountered such poor, inadequate customer service. And i shop a LOT on line. So do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I would never recommend this company. I understand the pandemic situation, but someone should at least be manning the emails and letting people know what they can do to get these kind of situations resolved.

Very comfortable pillow. I like how firm, yet comfortable the pillow is. Got one for my husband too and he loves his as well. It has even helped his snoring because it keeps him upright more then his old squishy pillows. He does have another pillow underneath this one to prop himself up slightly... But I don't wake up from his snoring anymore! Highly recommend this pillow!

Pillow was too high for me but seemed to be as advertised. It was also super firm and when added to the thickness of the pillow, it made it quite uncomfortable.

I've tried many latex pillows and this one is the best and at an affordable price. No fumes, smells..just pure organic latex. Its not a bouncy latex like so many of the latex pillows out there. My head melts in the pillow. I plan to get more. Thank you for providing a quality product!
