Return Policy

At My Organic Sleep, we value your happiness and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in new or nearly new condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item, minus any restocking fees that may apply.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery. We also do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. If you refuse delivery of the item, you will be charged for the cost of returning the item to us.

For international returns, customers are responsible for covering the fees for the return shipping label and any import fees. Please note that international shipping labels may be expensive.

To request a return, please contact us. Once your request has been approved, you can request a discounted UPS return label from us at the following rates:

  • $13 for one pillow*
  • $18 for two pillows
  • $13 for one seat cushion
  • $41 for any topper
  • $21 for any comforter, mattress pad, or body pillow

*or package of comparable size: sheet set, duvet cover set, bath towel and robe set

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange/upgrade to other products of higher value, please contact us within 30 days after your receipt of the product. You will have to pay for return shipping and price difference (if applies). Please note that we only accept exchange items when it is brand new and in the original box. 

Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we replace your product free of charge.

Perfect mattress pad!

This mattress pad is heavenly. It’s just slightly thick enough that you feel the quilting. That it’s organic makes it perfect. Would highly recommend.

Just what i was looking for

Mattress pad is free from man-made materials so it breathes well. It is also available in Natural, which signifies no chemical dyes. It is thick enough to lay perfectly flat on the bed --- no bunching up. It is perfect, and I love it!

ALIVE BED BUGS inside and has the strongest chemical smell I have ever encountered

The mattress pad arrived with ALIVE BED BUGS inside the holy plastic and the mattress pad has the worst strongest chemical smell I have ever encountered. I have been airing it outside but the chemical smell is not going away. This mattress pad is extremely toxic..It is NOT organic. I am upset that I was tricked into paying $280 for this mattress pad scam. Either the GOLS certification is a scam or the manufacturer of this mattress are scammers. I bought this based on all the raving reviews, but not I suspect the reviews are fake or the company purchased several of its own products to make several raving reviews. The mattress pad is less than ¼ inch thick even though they told me it was ½ inch thick. It is worthless and unusable due to the strong chemical odor that won’t dissipate over time. The chemical smell must be fire retardants since the mattress has live bedbugs.

Best Mattress Pad Ever

I love this mattress pad so much. The first one I bought was for my queen size bed and I adore it. The cotton is so soft, it is made beautifully, and is especially plush for a mattress pad. It reminds me of the old school mattress pads, but even better. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that my skin couldn’t touch this amazing fabric when I was sleeping because there were sheets and blankets between me and it. So I just bought an even bigger one to use as a cover for my white couch. Now, I can lay directly on. It is such a fabulous fabric it’s going to be very hard to get off this couch- ever.
