I had a C5-7 fusion in my neck. I’m super picky about my pillow. I bought two pillows one soft and one firmer. This soft one is perfect. I’ve been waking up (from day one) with no back or body aches and I’m waking refreshed. Love it!

I loved that the samples were a generous size. Big enough to sample with my whole hand!

I have now purchased four of these pillows- one for each member of the family!

I waited a very long time to purchase a wool mattress pad because I was reluctant to spend the money. But then I found this one and I'm so glad I waited. I was inspired to order because of the organic cotton cover. I received it quickly. I am sensitive to chemicals and I was delighted to discover that there was NO chemical odor when I opened it. Nothing to off gas. It is nice and thick and adds a level of comfort to my bed. But most importantly, I'm no longer overheating at night so I'm sleeping better. I am very happy with my pillow, and my interaction with this company. I was unsure of what pillow to buy due to my neck issues, and was looking for an organic latex contour pillow to help. I emailed them with my questions and got a quick response. I ordered my pillow based on their recommendation, it arrived quickly, and so far I have been extremely satisfied. The Pillow is comfortable, there is no smell, and it is helping me to sleep better, which is of the utmost importance.

After 2 weeks I still have not received my order. Also, Customer Service is unresponsive to my tracking requests.
