Organic Shredded Latex Pillow – Adjustable Fill Support

The pillow smells absolutely horrendous. I contacted the company twice requesting a refund and they never even responded to my emails. Do not waste your money. You will not be able to use this pillow!

Feels identical to an endy pillow. It also really compresses the ears so you wake up having to move positions a lot. Tried reaching out to support and received no reply.

My king Pillow came 1/2 full of shredded latex, way too little. They did not pack the additional package that is supposed to come with it. Customer service answered one call and promised to send me some stuffing. Now ghosted my text, e-mail, and call. Do not order from this company.

Latex provides the best support while not making my face go numb or making my neck sore - and no off-gasing to deal with, all natural!
I previously ordered and own the lower loft an softer latex which helped immensely with pain but decided to try 2nd pillow with higher loft and firmer to compare.
For my needs, the higher loft and firmer pillow has been an improvement to an already good product. The higher contour really cradles and supports my neck as a side sleeper. Super happy with the ease of purchase and quality of the products.

I am a side sleeper and have a bad neck and broad shoulders, so finding a good pillow is difficult! This pillow needs to be adjusted - shift the latex so it supports my neck - every time I roll over. Once it's adjusted I sleep well, but I really think it could use more filling because it barely fills the cover and the latex shifts every time you move it or flip it over for cooling. It tends to get warm pretty quickly too. I am going to try a Dual Zone latex pillow to see if it might work better for me. Is it possible to get a couple of handfuls of extra shredded latex to firm up the pillow that I have?

The best mattress I've ever slept on

Very disappointing! This pillow has very firm shredded latex which makes my ears and my head hurt. In addition, it still gives off an unpleasant odor which was strong to begin with and hasn't gone away. I've owned latex pillows for decades they never smelled. The last pillow I bought was seven years ago, it is a travel pillow with the perfect foam which has lasted and is extremely comfortable. I was hoping to get the same thing in a standard pillow from this company. If I could return this pillow I would! Definitely not worth the money!

The product described on the site and the product received did not coincide. On the site, the description indicates that the product comes with "A small 100% Organic Cotton bag with drawstring closures (size 11" x 6") is included to keep extra micro-cushions for any firmness adjustment needed later on." (thus adjustable). Only the pillow arrived.

I am so glad I went with the shredded. It solves all my problems, allows me to create a channel for my ear to avoid pressure pain, the loft stays at the right height all night long and it forms around my neck and head giving me the perfect support. This is the best pillow I have bought and I’ve bought A LOT! Thanks for such a great product.

I’ve had this pillow for a few nights now and I have to say that I really like it. I was in dire need of a new pillow and was looking at a few websites. It was important to me that the pillow be as natural as possible. I also do not like down pillows (they are too hot, and go flat too easily). I like natural rubber and wool. In the end I went with the natural rubber for its properties (squishable, washable). I’m sleeping very well on it and I love that it doesn’t go flat during the night. Very happy with this pillow! :)

This pillow is an amazing upgrade from a matted down and shabby blobs my boyfriend had been complaining about. He loves the cradling support it gives, and he says he's able to fluff the latex pillow much more easily than his synthetic ones. Oh, those are gone now, and he's grateful.

As a person with chronic neck and back problems, this pillow is a life saver! I've gone through many pillows and this has been the only one to provide some relief. I love that it is adjustable, even more so that it is organic. I will definitely be ordering more for the family.

the pillow is good! it is soft, yet supportive. however, my only complaint is that the filling could be more! the size of the pillow is good but it could be stuffed a bit more and be a bit higher. as such i'll probably buy another pillow to have more filling to stuff my first one.
