For neck and head support, comfort and durability there is no better pillow on the market. We own 6 of them (3 queen-sized for 3 queen beds). If you purchase Kapok you MUST also buy a pillow protector. And be sure to never launder your Kapok pillow - if you do, you'll ruin it.

These pillows are simply wonderful. It's so easy to make them specific to your needs. We unzipped them and removed some of the batting to fit our individual sleep styles. No sneezes and no more fussing. Love these, highly recommend!
The pillow was fine - was too moldable for my sleeping preferences so I needed to return it. I contacted them and got an approval for return. But to get a packing slip from them you have to email (for which they then deduct from your return but which is cheaper than mailing myself). I emailed them 3 times and left a voicemail to get the packing slip with no response. I wanted to really like this company because they seem to offer good products but customer service is everything and so far they have failed.
Zero stars. We washed the pillow and it got all kinds of stains on it. Then we put it in the dryer for hours and hours. It never got dry. A week later we discovered it was still wet. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. Customer service is a joke. Don't waste your time and money. Buy from somewhere else.
I have slept on it. I will say I am the that person who has been buying pillow after pillow to try and find one I can sleep on. I have many pillows. :( I can finally stop looking with the Kapok pillow!!! For me it is perfect (firm, not too soft, not to hard...I feel kind-of like Goldilocks)
All natural, I love this type of pillow. I have purchased this pillow from another company and I can say this pillow is stuffed well. It is well made and the price is is great.
This is the BEST pillow I have EVER had!!!!! My last pillow I got was over $100 at Sleep Number and doesn’t compare. Thank you for helping my nights sleep so much better!!!!!

It’s hard to find a non-toxic pillow that supports my neck while I sleep. I co-sleep with my baby and having something that is supportive is very important! Glad to have found this one! I hope it will hold up over time!

The pillow is not comfortable. I like a firmer pillow, but this is way to hard.

I have neck and headache problems. I can really adjust this pillow to all sorts of shapes which helps me a lot. I’m happy with the adjustable fullness, as I had to remove some Kapoc. I’m very sensitive to smells, and there is none at all. Happy with my purchase!
