I loved the feel and couldn't wait to sleep on it..The problem: The covering crackles all night every time you move. The cotton is not a soft cotton but rather a tough feel. I had hoped I could have removed that cover and replaced it with a soft wonderful one but there is no way to take the cover off:(:(...Again, I wished for the price I would have been able to enjoy it...Dr. M
The pillows are exactly what I was looking for and the best part is I don't have to worry about toxic fumes.

Why?
Very soon after use, the pillow lost it's fluff and flattened out!
I kept trying to re-fluff it back up, but to no avail.

We are enjoying the pillows. There always is a breaking in period & we are going through that now. The pillow cover is still very stiff, but that will abate as we use the pillows.

Was very hopeful these pillows would be better than most of the organic pillows sold. But they are too soft and do not support your head well.

It didn’t offer soft medium and hard which was a bit disappointing. Now I have a pillow that is a bit too hard for me. Otherwise it’s alright.

Excellent Customer service! I love that it's Organic. The King size is a true medium firm! It's not too soft. I have had trouble sleeping with other Down pillows that flatten down too much. But, this one holds it shape. I have been sleeping more restful with this Organic Down King Pillow!

After searching all the pillows, I decided to buy this item. Seemed to good to be true for the price. I am glad that I have it. These are such soft, full, comfortable pillows. I am planning to purchase more for everyone else in the house.
